BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 1. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching the industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. 2. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals. 5. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 6. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. 7. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 8. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. PROJECT MANAGEMENT 1. To motivate the team of Architects, Interior Designers, Coordinators, Construction managers, Vendor and Service Providers towards the goal of complete customer satisfaction. 2. Involve in start-up of Projects Department from scratch and make it fully functional, Have excellent technical knowledge in the site and material properties. 3. To manage and motivate the execution team in order to fulfill the business objectives and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. 4. Monitoring the contractor’s progress and performance to ensure goods and services conform to the contractual obligations. Identifying the potential problems and providing time solutions. 5. Maintaining and controlling the correspondence, data and appropriate records. 6. Preparing of timetable and start and end date for each performance component. Include milestones with accompanying timeframes, and monitoring and reporting requirements. 7. Monitoring contractor’s activity on a specified frequency to identify problem areas. 8. Meeting with the contractor on a regular basis to review progress, discuss problems and consider necessary changes. Mailing the Project Proposal to the Construction Managers and Engineers. 9. Allocating the execution staff such as Construction Manager’s, Engineers and providing the site equipment’s, materials, manpower for the operation of the project. 10. Establishing scope of authority, clear lines of communication and reporting to specific individuals who will interact directly with the contractor. Identifying and assigning a potential person to undertake the entire project executions, 11. Planning for the administration of a contract with the drafting of the statement of work. Precise planning for contract administration is ensured so that all the components of the solicitation and contract terms are met and satisfied. 12. Monitor business performance against budget and to undertake corrective action where necessary to exercise appropriate financial controls and to increase the turnover and improve profitability. Authorizing payments consistent with the contract terms. CONTRACTS, COMMERCIAL & PLANNING 1. OPERATION’S RESPONSIBILITIES I was responsible for the overall performance of the Operations Department of the company and are explained in detail below: 1. Plan, execute and complete projects and contracts to client’s satisfaction 2. Evaluate performance of projects to ensure the activities are carried out within budget/time/ quality 3. Manage, Monitor, Track, Control and implement improvements in day to day operations/projects 4. Responsible for the development and maintenance of an efficient organizational structure and assure optimal qualitative staffing of the organization 5. Establish work schedules, supervise senior staff and evaluate their performance 6. Attend client kick off meeting and meetings related to project progress, whenever required 7. Monitor on regular basis project execution and take timely corrective action for achieving project objectives 8. Comply with the company Safety, Quality Policies and Rules & Regulations 9. Ensure the wellbeing, motivation and correct level of knowledge for directly and indirectly reporting employees for the purpose of guaranteeing constant and optimal staffing 10. Prepare and control operational budgets 11. Assist estimation department to prepare competitive bids 12. Regularly preparations of report on progress on projects and contracts both in terms of on-time progress and project and contract financial results
